SHIPPING

All orders ship according to specified preference at checkout. All products that are on hand will ship same day if ordered by 12pm CST or shipped next day if ordered after 12pm CST. Hair extensions are on a pre-order status at this time. Shipping time includes a 1-2 business days processing timeframe, then shipped accordingly. Once shipped you'll receive tracking information by email.

Items are subject to additional clearing by US Customs which could delay timeframes and is beyond the control of Sovereignty, LLC. Should this become an issue, the customer will receive communication accordingly.

**COVID-19: All orders will ship on the same schedule with extended time to allow for delays due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, timeframes vary with each shipment due to the uncertainty of this crisis. We vow to continue our efforts to execute exquisite customer service and active communication. Please stay home, if you can, and stay safe. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the business there will be no returns or exchanges; ALL SALES ARE FINAL! It is a health violation to receive these items back and attempt to resale them after being delivered to the customer. There is no way to ensure the product has not been tampered with; therefore, we will not accept returns to ensure each customer gets a hygienic experience. 

DEFECTS

All items clear multiple inspections to ensure our customers receive quality products. In the event we missed a defect please email us at sales@shopsovereignty.com, title the subject line "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT" and submit photos within 48 hours of receiving the item with a description of the defect. A sales team member will get back with you regarding this issue and advise how to proceed.
